Precodure应该为Procedure.工艺

welding process 是焊接方法，如tig, mig, flux core or stick welding.welding procedure 是焊接程序，焊接工艺。wps is welding procedure specification. 即焊接工艺wps 后面是PQR: procedure qulification record 即焊接工艺评定

4楼说得对的。俺们做进口焊材和设备常用到。Procedure 有也用来指焊接2步4步程序，指的是焊工焊接使用中的工艺。
